Privacy Policy

How Vérif Attestation handles data: local browser processing, Cloudflare hosting and GDPR rights.

1. Controller

2. Information entered in the checker

Information is processed locally in your browser. The website does not receive, store or create a database containing answers. Do not enter an employee name or social security number.

3. Technical hosting data

Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the service, including IP address, browser information, timestamps and network-security data. Purpose: delivery, security and maintenance. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Email contact

There is no contact form. If you email us, your address and message are used to respond. Ordinary correspondence is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact unless longer retention is necessary.

5. Cookies and storage

Google Analytics loads only after acceptance. The choice is stored in localStorage so consent is not requested on every page. Checker answers remain in memory and are never sent to Google Analytics.

6. Recipients, transfers and rights

Answers are not sent to recipients. Cloudflare provides global infrastructure under its Data Processing Addendum. Exercise GDPR rights at [email protected] or complain to the CNIL.

7. Security, minimisation and changes

No account, case database, form submission or persistence after reload. This policy will change if features, providers or obligations change.
